Description
Basic course structure:
Strand 1 - Introduction to project management:
-Project management tools and methods
-Project management applications
-Project management processes
Strand 2 - Project implementation:
-ABYSSA deep sea exploration
-Guinée-Buissau
-DEGI advocacy, branding and network development
-Multilateral financing of policies to tackle climate change
-Developing the circular economy by exploiting maize waste products
Strand 3 – Monitoring and assessment:
Project status presentations
Report writing
Final presentations and evaluation
Teaching methods: some initial lectures, then supervision and monitoring of projects
Objectives
· plan and organise multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines;
