2024-2025 programme

« Bienvenue en France » Label

2022, UPPA was awarded the “Welcome to France” label

For institutions, the "Bienvenue en France" label is a fundamental part of quality management. It serves to measure, describe, and promote the facilities and initiatives that accommodate and benefit international students.

2024-2025 programme

Further Summer/Winter Schools will be scheduled throughout the 2024-2025 academic year.

  1. Taking part in the European Association for International Education (EAIE) conference in Toulouse is a great opportunity to visit UPPA in the southwest of France! We are happy to invite you to join our conference and campus tour prior to the beginning of the EAIE.

  2. The School’s ambition is also to identify the training needs – theoretical, practical, technical and methodological – of members of the community, with a view to deepening the work being carried out or considered. In this regard, the School will provide a privileged and appropriate forum for reflection, with a view to developping new targeted pedagogical projects.

  3. This BIP aims to develop plurilingual communication skills in intercomprehension and apply them to the field of viticulture and oenology. At the end of the BIP, participants will be able to understand different romance languages, both written and spoken, and to interact using intercomprehension strategies. They will have developed knowledge in the field of oenology, cultural and intercultural skills.

  4. Are you looking for an intensive French course that combines vacations, quality university teaching and discovering France? This course is for you! The Institut d'Études Françaises pour Étudiants Étrangers (Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour) in Pau has been welcoming around 500 students for language courses every year for over 40 years. The duration of their stay varies from 1 to 11 months. Our university institute is located in a pleasant, green setting, close to the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Ocean, in a town on a human scale.

  5. This summer school focuses on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in supply chain management. Participants will explore how AI is transforming logistics, inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and workflow automation. The course combines technical knowledge with real-life case studies and the insights of specialized researchers. Ethical considerations and critical thinking about AI's implications will also be emphasized. Discussions and debates will encourage a responsible and thoughtful approach to using AI in business.

  6. The BIP program “Biodiversity of Mountain Ecosystems,” part of the UNITA alliance, promotes international collaboration and innovation in education. It addresses the need to train individuals to assess and preserve biodiversity in mountain ecosystems, which are highly sensitive to climate change and human impact.

  7. This BIP is open only to UNITA students. If you’re interested to apply, contact the International Office or UNITA office at your home university.
