Description
Basic structure:
- Introduction:
- overview of Europe-related careers
- the fundamentals of human resources management
- Job design, recruitment and selection
- Motivation, commitment and engagement
- Skills and competencies, evaluation and development
- International careers and job profiles (team projects)
Teaching/learning methods:
the sessions will comprise a mixture of lectures, with case examples, and work in small groups. There will be opportunities to discuss CVs and personal career options.
Pre-requisites
Good level of English language

1st session : Continuous assessment in class (Contribution to group work ; oral restitution and submission of written support; and short final dissertation)
Resit session : Written exam
