- Business fundamentals, notion of Strategy, SWOT ;
- International Growth (Interanal, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, ...) ;
- Market analysis (PESTEL method) ;
- Mergers & Acquisitions – Discounted Cash Flow method ;
- Anti-corruption compliance (US and French legal frameworks + 1 case study),
- Compliance with international economic sanctions (US and EU frameworks),
- Anti-corruption prevention programs and violations of economic sanctions in companies (French framework).
- Organisation & Governance at the service of Strategy, Long Term Plan.

This 20-hour lecture course (no tutorials) is divided into two parts.
The first fifteen hours will focus on corporate social responsibility (CSR).
The final five hours will cover the circular economy.
