PART 1
- To familiarize you with operational contracts (purchase of goods and services) and their negotiation in the context of major international projects.
- To introduce the general principles of contract law, the mechanisms used in contracts for large international projects, and how to negotiate them.
- To provide a better understanding of certain contractual clauses governing operational contracts, in order to negotiate them more effectively.
- To explore key themes in contract law.

Oil & gas exploration and production contracts: legal and tax aspects
