This Blended Intensive Programme examines how physical activity and sedentary behaviour change across the lifespan and how these transitions impact health and quality of life. Students will explore key life stages during which physical activity tends to decline and learn how concepts such as physical literacy and resilience support active lifestyles.
Program
In a Nutshell : The programme introduces tools and new technologies to measure and monitor physical activity, sedentary behaviour and health outcomes, and adopts an ecological health approach to design interventions for children, adults, clinical populations and older adults. It also aims to strengthen health literacy to promote sustainable physical activity across all ages.
