The course adresses Master and PhD students. It is organised around ten ‘capsules’ equivalent to two hours of lessons. It focuses on more specific and thematic issues: “How the 1970s have been shaping the EU”, “The European Citizen and Academic Freedom”, “EU Citizenship in Action: Environmental Rights Through Citizen Data”, “European Citizenship, Freedom of Circulation and Public Administration”. Its purpose is to give some insight on some topical debates and challenges regarding the EU and its evolutions in terms of rights of the citizen.
