Objectifs

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Apply the concepts of business strategy to a real company case,

  • Define a corporate strategy using the appropriate strategic tools, question it and improve it when necessary,

  • Select and use appropriately relevant economic/political/societal/technical/legal news in this strategic reflection.
