The course Preparation à l’International aims to bridge the gap between English grammar and vocabulary skills with what they will inevitably be faced with in the real world: a need to respond with spontaneity and precision in a variety of situations (personal, professional and socio professional).

In link with the spirit of innovation that is one of the CMI, the course also has the objective of encouraging students to see issues from different perspectives and think outside the box when proposing solutions.

À la fin de cette UE, vous serez capable de :

• Use vocabulary and grammatical structures you already have to express personal opinions in relation to complex issues such as societal questions,
• Use techniques that facilitate effective communication such as eye contact, intonation, rhythm and pauses as well as simplification and structuring of information,
• Deal with a job interview in Anglo-Saxon culture,
• Communicate in English in a clear and comprehensible way, not only when you’re prepared, but also in situations that require spontaneity and improvisation.

L’évaluation orale se fera sur la base de la progression dans l’expression orale en anglais, évaluée lors d’exercices individuels ou collectifs.
