  • Introduction:
  • overview of Europe-related careers
  • the fundamentals of human resources management
  •  Job design, recruitment and selection
  • Motivation, commitment and engagement
  • Skills and competencies, evaluation and development
  • International careers and job profiles (team projects)

Teaching/learning methods:

the sessions will comprise a mixture of lectures, with case examples, and work in small groups. There will be opportunities to discuss  CVs and personal career options.
