Description
The International Trade Law course presents the concepts, institutions and characteristics of the norms of the international economic order.
It explains the judicial settlement of international commercial disputes and the legal regime of international commercial arbitration.
After addressing international economic torts and the common features of international economic contracts, the course deals with the question of contracts relating to goods: international sale and international carriage of goods.
Finally, the course examines contracts of cooperation, economic dependence and legal subordination, as well as the financial instruments of international trade.
