Description
Les étudiants-apprentis suivent l’enseignement « Management de projets Innovants ».
Lors des périodes en apprentissage, il leur est demandé de profiter de cette mise en situation, pour observer ou contribuer au management de projets de l’entreprise.
La mission exacte est adaptée en fonction du contexte, des objectifs et des contraintes de l’entreprise.
Les thèmes traités peuvent être : le planning (prévisionnel et suivi), les coûts (budget et suivi), les appels d’offres et les achats, les livrables, la qualité, les risques, les RH (organigramme, entreprises, parties prenantes), innovation…
Objectifs
Il s’agit principalement de développer des compétences en management de projet, en s’appuyant sur les connaissances académiques obtenues pendant la formation et en profitant de la mise en situation et de l’encadrement de l’entreprise.

Contrôle des connaissances
100 % épreuve terminale (50% rapport écrit, 50% soutenance orale).
Pas de deuxième session, report de la note de session 1.
